Der ältere Herr aus der Küche war der einzige Lichtblick! Trotz das es anscheinend nicht seine Aufgabe war, organisierte er mit was zu trinken. Verständigung mit Händen und Füßen.
Unfreundlicher Empfang. Der überforderte Rezepzionist sprach kein Wort englisch. Man fühlte sich als zahlender Gast absolut nicht willkommen. Das Zimmer (auf Etage 5) war stark renovierungsbedürftig, veraltet und abgewohnt. Da nützen auch Zierkissen in lila nichts. In der Dusche lag noch das angebrochene Schampotütchen des Vorbewohners Wenigstens die Handtücher waren sauber.. Das Licht funktionierte nur sporadisch und im Bad flackerte es. Eine Beschwerde hätte nichts gebracht, man spricht kein Englisch. Der Snack-Automat war leer. Im gesamten Eingangsbereich und an der Rezeption war das Licht wahrscheinlich wegen Einsparungen aus. Die Wände sind so dünn das man alles hört. Die Zimmereingangstür ist nur durch knallen von außen zu schließen. Absolut unterbesetztes Hotel. Ein normales Auschecken nicht möglich. Der Rezepzionist des Vortages war zu sehr mit Kaffeekochen für einen Reisebus beschäftigt. Zimmerkarte einfach auf den Schreibtisch gelegt. Fazit: wer als Pilger denkt sich eine Nacht im Hotel zu gönnen, NICHT HIER. Jede Herberge ist besser. Wäre ich nicht zu ermüdet gewesen, wäre ich weiter gegangen.

Sehr schlecht
Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Wir mussten über eine halbe Stunde warten, bis einer kam. Dieser fand unsere Reservierung nicht. Nach mehreren Telefonaten zeige er uns das Zimmer, welches mit Abstand das Schlechteste auf dem Camino war. Der Check-out fand eigentlich nicht statt, da wir selbst nach 15 min keinen Mitarbeiter angetroffen haben.
